How Equilibrium is Responding to COVID-19

As a healthcare and wellness centre, the cleanliness of our facility along with safety of our patrons and staff has always been top priority. The EQ Wellness Team is committed to meeting your treatment needs while minimizing the spread of COVID-19.

For your comfort and confidence we have outlined our current enhanced health and safety protocol:

 • Hand Sanitizer is available upon entry to our facility. We are also recommending frequent hand washing to our patients and as always provide single use towels to dry your hands.

• We ask that if you have come into direct contact with someone who may be/is affected by COVID-19 that you cancel your appointment until you are sure to be healthy and symptom free.

• As always our team will continue to practice proper personal hygiene and hand washing practices before and after your treatments, as well as in general around the office.

• Our shared staff spaces are also being wiped down and sanitized regularly.

• Any team member who feels unwell will stay home until cleared for COVID-19 and/or symptoms abate.

It is proven that stress in the body negatively impacts our immune systems.
